WATER

Don't wait until you're feeling thirst! This means that you already lost a lot of water then you supposed to and you're dehydrated! The water helps your hair to maintain soft and shiny! Drink between 8 and 10 glasses of water every day and the result will satisfy you!

MINERALS

Iron helps the carrying of oxygen to the hair; without, the hair looses of its suppleness and strength. Increase your iron dose by eating red meat and vegetables. Zinc hinders hair-loss and it can be found plenty in sea fruits and meat. Copper has strong connection with the pigmentation of the hair. You can forget all about coloring and unnatural hair colors if you're not consuming oysters, liver, vegetables, walnuts, seeds and meat!
